'FutureSolutions' was born from a singular vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-oriented business, preserving recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our visionary, mastered the craft of pizza-making on her journeys across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza masters in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Having returned to the UK, her resolve was to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and selecting only premium ingredients.
What started as a humble pizzeria with only 12 seats has expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue to utilize traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose the best ingredients available.
Now, 'FutureSolutions' is still within the family's purview, managed by the current generation of the Bianchi household, who steer our zealous crew. Despite embracing some contemporary updates, our core ethos persists: to craft luscious, bona fide pizza that unites our customers.
